INFRARED SAUNA NOW AVAILABLE AT TRIUNITY'S STUDIO!

You read that right!  Triunity has recently added an Infrared Sauna to their studio for students, parents, clients or anyone who is wanting to make make a difference in their lives with regard to your overall health and well-being.

The benefits to stepping into an infrared sauna are limitless. And for only a few times a week, you can change your life!

Read on to find out more about infrared saunas and what they can do for you.

What is far infrared?
Form of light energy between 5 – 14 microns.

Are infrared saunas / rays safe?
Yes, infrared energy is everywhere and is even produced by our own cells (hands & feet).  It’s so safe that many maternity wards in hospitals use infrared lamps to warm newborn babies.

How do infrared saunas work?
The emitters in a infrared sauna produces far infrared rays which safely penetrate up to 2” into your skin.  Thus, stimulating your fat tissues and internal organ which allows us to detoxify from the inside.  Plus, deep heat helps blood vessels dilate promoting blood flow into joint and muscles.  When you sweat in a traditional sauna, your sweat analysis is 97% water & 3% toxins.  However, when you sweat in a infrared sauna, your sweat analysis is 80% water and 20% toxins.  

How long should I be in the sauna for?
Anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour.  If you’re planning to be in the sauna for longer periods of time (30 minutes +) & more often, you’re body is going to require supplements (Trace Elements). 

What are the benefits of infrared saunas?
Detoxifying, weight loss, heart health, natural pain relief, natural body healing, relaxation and stress relief, improved immune system, improved skin conditions and treats cellulite.

How does it help high blood pressure?
Far Infrared stimulates your cardiovascular system.  Your heart works harder pumping blood at a greater rate to boost circulation, supplying the conditioning benefits of continuous exercise.

How does it help arthritis, fibromyalgia, & aches/pains?
The deep heat helps blood vessels dilate bringing relief and healing to muscle & soft tissue injuries.  Increased blood circulation carries off metabolic waste products & delivers oxygen rich depleted muscles, so they recover faster.

How does it help me lose weight?
Our body expends energy to produce sweat.  Meaning that your body can safely burn up to 300 calories in just 1 - 30 minute session.  This weight can be regained through re-hydration, the calories burned will not.  

How does it help improve my immune system?
It raises your body temperature, inducing a type of artificial fever.  As your body works to combat this “fever” your body’s immune system is stimulated and strengthened.

How does it help me improve my skin condition & cellulite?
Skin conditions:  help to develop and maintain the body’s capillary network by increasing the blood circulation to your skin’s surface.  Thus, bring out your skins natural oils.

Cellulite:  aids in break down and release of stored fat and toxins through the skin, it’s significantly more effective at reducing cellulite and promoting smoother skin.

FACIAL ATTRACTION MOBILE SKIN CARE

On October 16, Facial Attraction Mobile Skin Care officially launched itself into the big wide world wearing only amazing skin and some great anti-ageing products! Luckily Helen Boyle, the owner, kept her clothing in tact!

What started as a desire to avoid “working for the man”, has become an amazing company with limitless potential! The concept is to bring skincare and skin health into your homes and avoid the terror of “spa-commuting syndrome”.

“Spa-commuting syndrome” for the uninitiated is the stress experienced going to and from a relaxing spa appointment and its associated side-tracks of “find a baby-sitter”, “where the hell do I park” and the worst of all ‘now I feel more stressed out than before, my skin is fluorescent red and I’m down $300”.

Skin, like every other organ in the body, repairs and maintains itself much better without stress. Having a high quality facial in the comfort of your own home in a comfortable and relaxing environment just makes it all a little better and more effective. The added plus is that the neighbours will be talking for weeks!

Facial attraction believes the key to good skin like the key to good health is education and implementation of a good regime. Skin therapy shouldn’t be about having some mystery products rubbed into your skin and a sales pitch to buy products that you don’t understand once you get them home. We believe in educating you on product use and selection, showing you how to use products properly and being available when you need us to answer questions or keep you on track. We will work with the products you have but at the same time offer the best “Superceutical” line available. 

Facial Attraction will be working at Triunity on Mondays and Wednesdays and there is a special price set for the Triunity Family.  You will be able to book Helen (Muffy) to come in on other days but she will always be here on Mondays and Wednesdays.  If you want to book Helen to come to your home, her normal rates will apply.  Mitra has a price-list if you are interested.
