What is a nutrition coach? This is a person who helps you find your personal path to reach your health goals. I work with you and your lifestyle to make small changes. You add all the small changes together and you are on your way to reaching your goals. I believe a healthy person is one who is happy, active, enjoys life and has enough energy to get through the day. It is not about a certain body type or number on the scale. When you reach a healthy balance with work and play, get the proper nutrition and exercise, the number on the scale will take care of itself. At Triunity Martial Arts Studios, our goal is to inspire a mind/body connection. When you have a positive mind and a healthy body you will have a joyful spirit. My goal is to enhance your Triunity experience to better achieve your goals. I get asked a lot whether I recommend supplements and why. I believe the best way to get the nutrition you need is through your diet and to eat whole foods. However, most people lead a very hectic life and are not able to eat perfectly every day. Food is not as healthy as it once was and does not have the nutrition it did even a few years ago. Because of this, I believe that supplements should be used as insurance to make sure you are getting the nutrition you need. I recommend and promote the Nutrilite brand. This line of supplements is made with organic whole foods so you benefit from the phytonutrients from the plants as well as the vitamins and minerals. Studies have shown that phytonutrients are just as important as the vitamins and minerals in your body. Supplements can be purchased through Triunity Martial Arts Studios or through my website: www.leshaycock.mychoices.biz I look forward to you joining our team and to working with you to define and reach your goals. Everyone receives a complimentary 30 minute meeting upon joining. If you see benefit and want to continue meeting with me, my rates are: $35 per 30 minute meeting Or
$50 per month for a 6 month contract which includes two meetings per month.
