In this work shop Guro Ty Hunt, Judd Skinner and Mitra Castano will cover the following basis with you.

1. What is a co-baton?

2. situational awareness

3. How to carry and hold the co-baton.

4. How to use it safely and effectively

5. Which pressure points are the easiest and the most effective to strike at.

6. How to use it against a human or an animal attacker!

7. How to act and react in a threatening situation.

8. How to get away from the threatening situation.

9. How to strike the lower body to get the best results.

10. HOW TO NOT LOOK LIKE A VICTIM!

You will also understand and assume the legal and or civil responsibilities involved in the carrying of, use or deployment of the “Co-Baton” personal protective device as a self defense tool in an “actual self defense” situation.

Women need to be more aware of our surroundings, and not just on a physical level but we also need to pay more attention to our “inner voice”.

Once we have created the awareness in the women in our community on the importance of “women’s safety”, and how a few simple Reality-Based self-defense tactics. In this case using a small "Weapon/Tool" referred to as the "Co-Baton" it's lil but quite effective..... it could ultimately help save your life. If nothing else one strike, could buy you enough time to get away!

We will then provide you with the physical and the mental tools that you'lll need in order to act, and therefore react, in any and all life threatening situations.

As some of you may or may not already know, I am a huge advocate in teaching, promoting and providing women's personal protection workshops with the help of some officers in our local community at my school on a regular basis! our workshops are worth $400.00 and up until now we have only charged our ladies $125.00!

BUT you'll be happy to know that W.O.E. day is for FREE! this will only happen once a year so if you have not been able to afford attending our previous workshops, I would HIGHLY suggest that you call and reserve your spot NOW!!!!;)

I am also the first certified female reality based instructor in the Jim Wagner Personal Protection system in all of Canada. I now am Mr. Wagner's director in Canada and his one and only female director world wide:)

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S ONLY EMPOWERMENT DAY! workshop will be taught by myself, Mr. Sebastien Lavoie (Tactical Police officer) and a few R.C.M.P. officers in our community!

One day ONLY, the first Sunday of every June of every year!
